Dina Gardner

Dina Gardner began her recruiting career in 1986 when she joined the Boston office of a 500-person national placement firm. After her first year, she ranked number two nationwide in placements, second only to a 17-year veteran. Dina leveraged her initial success in the field by starting her own administrative placement firm, which she later sold to join the staff of a large regional accounting and finance placement firm. Dina consistently ranked number one for revenue production and received awards for outstanding performance for 24 consecutive quarters.
In 1996, Dina co-founded Gardner Resources Group with partner Seth Weinroth. She is responsible for strategic and business development, client and candidate development as well as providing all training, coaching, and mentoring programs for Gardner Resources Group. Dina also co-founded an IT Consulting firm in 1998. She successfully sold this business in 2009.
Dina received her M.A. in Business and Organizational Communications from Emerson College and her B.A. in Journalism from San Diego State University.
In addition to playing an active role at Gardner Resources Group, Dina has also sat on the board of a Massachusetts media strategy and solutions company. She has volunteered extensively including as a mentor to a local high school student through the Mazie Mentoring Program as well as spending many years conducting workshops at the Suffolk County House of Corrections for female prisoners re-entering society. She is a member of the Mystic Chorale which performs several times a year in Boston. She also founded a rock and roll band, DejaVoodoo, which performed Classic Rock covers in a variety of venues in the the Metro West area. | |
